Initial Consultation

This session provides a warm and confidential space for us to meet, view the therapy room, and discuss how psychotherapy works. It is also an opportunity for me to understand your concerns and for us to decide together if this approach will be helpful for you.

Psychotherapy Sessions

Sessions are held weekly and are 50 minutes in duration.

I offer short, medium, and long-term psychotherapy. This enables you to have a space for as long as it remains beneficial for you.

Professional Fees

The fee for each 50-minute session is £105.

This rate also applies to the initial consultation, reflecting the dedicated clinical time provided.
